Should You Blog In Our Wealthy Affiliate (WA) Community?
With one (1) more day to go before the end of the first month of the year, 2025, I am busy making sure that my calendar is balanced, my priorities are where they should be and I have achievement plans outlined for everything I want to do this year.
It started with a big bang and the energy is super strong. I am pleased so far.
What about you? How has your year started?
MY WEALTHY AFFILIATE (WA) COMMUNITY ACTIVITY
As you know, I was "missing in action" a lot last year - with good reasons. I stretched myself in many ways and also had to spend time with a couple of loved ones who we eventually lost along the way.
My WA Community activities took a back seat. But, isn't that how life is full of hills and valleys? The key thing is that you hold strong and have the resilience to ride it out and recover if need be.
This year, I may not return to the years when my WA Community activity was consistently high but I will be present here much more often.
I came across a brief exchange today that got me thinking about this - blogging in our WA Community.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BLOG ABOUT IN OUR WA COMMUNITY?
Matthew was honest and shared why he does not blog much in our WA Community. It is something that many of our members hold back on and is not unique to us. Whenever you enter a new environment or community you tend to be cautious until you learn the ropes as we say.
Kyle and Richard cleared things up though and gave many areas and topics that you may use to blog in our WA Community. You can even use other members' input and spin it into a blog of your own.
Just like what I am doing now. 🙂
So, the answer is a resounding "Yes!". Dive into our WA Community - ask, share, spin, make your content your own.
And remember to link your website's content to the WA Community. You never know when that link will lead you to a Referral and income. 😜

I agree with the above 100%. I use my WA blogs to get people outside of WA, to join by blogging about interesting and relevant content like niche ideas, ways for a beginner to start and anything digital marketing related. There are lots of things one can blog about here at WA.

Blogging within the community is good for getting referrals as you say because each blog post is ranked by Google and automatically becomes a landing page moments after starting to read it,so for the reader if they enjoy the content they might consider joining for other benefits.

For sure, share your insights, what you are learning, your help and training here within the community. We are moving very much in a "community" and a collaboration direction, and I really do believe that everyone is going to love the shift that we are about to make in the coming months.
Expect BIG community side updates, and UX updates in early q2 of this year, that will be in line with what you are discussing here and benefit active, engaged, and helpful community members. ;)
One month down this year. Time moves quickly.
Getting my processes in place as well.
More tweaking to make the most of my time spent on activities/projects and fun! Always a balance!

Thanks Cassi for sharing your blog and its great that you are back again at it and thanks for the insights about blogging at WA. It's true life is full of highs and lows but the many thing is to get up and start again. I didn't start this year on a good note due to some health issues, but am hoping and praying that I will be able to accomplish more in this month of February we are entering into tomorrow.

It is the consistent effort that matters most.
I agree with you - we fall many times but it is important to get back up (even if it is slowly) and try again.
