It's quite sad really!
For a month now my activity dashboard has half disappeared, not sure why but I will ask Kyle eventually, so all that is showing is 4 or 5 posts and they are all old posts some from a year ago, when I read them and view the authors profile and click on their website it has gone, did they just give up? some did as the domain name is available to purchase. It's sad that some people don't stick it out till they see results. I for one on more than one occasion have felt disheartened at not seeing results but it has never crossed my mind to quit, I have put in too much work and time to throw it all away.
One thing for me that keeps me going is reading the inspirational posts on here, I know it can be done.

I understand, I feel like I want to keep going, but at times I get a little down. Reading the posts here does help and inspires. :)
Yes it can be done. Just takes some dedication along with a little blood, sweat and tears. Good luck with your website, Paula.
Some people quit for life's personal issues that are thrown there way.I feel it is the ones that quit because they did not see instant results who need to be further educated.
A lot of people do not realise that to make money online or offline on a self employed basis takes a lot of hard work, time and patiences.
I am glad that you see the value of what you have learnt and the work you have done so far.
Keep it up and the results will follow, long term :)

I noticed some inactive sites from some WA members too or should I say inactive/former members? I have been a bit slow with my site too but I try my best to at least keep my site active by adding some tags or adding comments and feedbacks regularly on my site.
To build up a business takes time, online and ofline, I reckon it takes in both accounts about 5 years to flourish. Those people are coming here with $$ in their eyes, thinking they can make thousants of $$ profit within half a year, as a lot of scammy sites are promising. Thinking they are ready to score big with 8 pages and 15 posts.
That is not going to happen, unless your niche is attending a hole in the market.
The start of Apple was as follows:
To generate the $1,350 in capital they used to start Apple, Steve Jobs sold his Volkswagen microbus, and Steve Wozniak sold his Hewlett-Packard calculator.
They have been struggling too, you know:) but they where determined!
So true. I would always wonder "what if" if I ever quit. Too much time and work already into it to even think that way!
So many have quit and who knows just how close to success they were. Stick with it because your success is getting closer.
I agree, i am sorry to see members abandon their sites.
