Hi, I copy and pasted some text onto wordpress from my evernote account. I know kyle pointed out a box on wordpress that you open and paste into but I couldn't find it on mine.
Paste text onto wordpress from evernote?

You can open up your page or post in edit mode.
When copying from evernote and pasting into WordPress, paste as plain text (when you right click your mouse, you get 2 paste options). That will remove formatting that evernote applies, which overrides the formatting in WP.

followed all steps but on google it still says just another wordpress site after my site name.
What have I missed?
Go to Dashboard > Settings > General. Then change your Tag Line. Save it after you change it.
You can also do it as Dave says, via > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity (it will appear in the left menu) ~Jude
You may need to clear your cache. Chrome remembers things long after they've been changed.
