Feeling a bit more confident :
It feels fantastic to have made it through the second course. On my site, I've built a nice framework and a few decent pages and posts. I have a lot of ideas for building it out, which surprises me because I wasn't entirely sure the niche was interesting enough, now I'm finding I have new ideas everyday!
I'm still uncertain if my approach will need to be altered in order to monetize it; but hopeful course 3 will answer some of these questions and build some confidence.
I'm enjoying becoming familiar with all the features that seemed so overwhelming and foreign just a month ago. And I'm really starting to enjoy engaging more with the community here. It was a bit intimidating at first.
My goals for the next 3 months (which lead me right up to my due date!) is to get through as much of the training as possible, increase my participation in the community and build my site into something that I'm really proud of.
My hope for the 3+ months after my daughter is born is to spend as much time with her while fine tuning my site and focusing on monetizing it.
This sure beats watching TV!

You're doing ok Brandi. The courses can be a wee bit overwhelming at first glance but as you now know you get there in the end at your own pace.
Remember you need any help at all there's loads of us here who can help come up with what might seem an impossible solution to a problem.
Have a nice day/evening.
Robert
Absolutely it sure beats watching TV. TV is a waste of time, I like my movies every now and then, but it's amazing what we can accomplish through a service like WA.
The training here is absolutely amazing and does work. I can't wait to read when you get your first sale, traffic, and first page rankings. :))
Excellent - the more time you work at it, the easier it becomes to understand. You'll do great!
Thanks gmegs. I see you've been on WA for a couple years and I like your golf site. Have you had success with it?
I've neglected that site - I need to a lot of work on it which I will do soon.
I've been concentrating on my affiliate site.
If I could do a "do-over", I would concentrate on one site only until I really got it going, then add another - live and learn.
And have you had success with your affiliate site? I was considering trying that after, like you say, once I've really got it with my current site.
