A GREAT Tip To Get WA Referrals On Any Website

Think about it! If you were to have only two referrals to Wealthy Affiliate at the same level of Premium Membership as yourself, your WA membership would essentially be FREE. This is how my membership has been free since 2015.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO PROMOTE WA TO GET A REFERRAL

Did you know you could get a referral to Wealthy Affiliate without actually having a Bootcamp website? You can sometimes get this referral without even trying, though actively seeking referrals will get you one quicker. How?

Your WA Blog. If you read my last WA Blog, you would have seen that all of these blogs that we write here within the community, will get indexed into Google just like our website content. You can read that WA Blog here.

As I explained in that post, if you were to apply basic SEO techniques like using a low competition keyword in the blog title and within the content in specific areas, that WA Blog can rank high in the Google search results.

However, most people here within the WA community do not do this because they think these WA Blogs are only seen by members of Wealthy Affiliate. EVERYONE on the internet can find, see and read all of these blog posts.

HERE IS A GREAT TIP TO GET WA REFERRALS

Obviously in order for you to gain a referral into WA you would have to share your WA Affiliate Link. But did you know your WA Blogs are also like an affiliate link? No, I am not talking about attaching your affiliate ID to it.

Kyle & Carson have it set up that if anyone outside of Wealthy Affiliate reads your WA Blog, because you are the AUTHOR of your blog, YOU will get the referral credit whether that person joins right then or months later.

You do not have to share your affiliate ID attached to the link for your WA Blog. All you have to do is share the regular link because YOU are the author of that blog and that guarantees that you get the referral credit.

The only time you would need to use your affiliate ID is when you share another member's blog, like if you were to share this blog of mine. You would click on the "Share" button above or below and copy your blog affiliate link.

THIS IS REALLY GREAT FOR BOOTCAMP WEBSITES

As you should know by now, unless you are a newbie, too many affiliate links within website content comes off as being spammy and Google will not rank your websites with many of these links. However there is a way around this.

Write relevant WA Blogs using SEO. Copy the regular link above and paste it on your website. By using the regular non-affiliate link, Google will not see it as an affiliate link because it is not, though you can gain a referral from it.

In my old Bootcamp website I would link to a relevant WA Blog here inside Wealthy Affiliate from almost every page and post on my website. I even put a link on my About Me page explaining where I created my website.

Out of the 136 pages and posts on my old Bootcamp website, 134 had at least one regular link to a Blog here within WA. This is why I received dozens of referrals over the years from my WA Blogs, linking to them from my website.

TIP! - DO THIS ON YOUR NON-BOOTCAMP WEBSITE

Here is a great idea that you too can do to get referrals to WA without having a Bootcamp website or using your WA Affiliate Link. Create a WA Blog about your niche, then on the About Me page of your website, link to it.

Here is another even better idea. Search WA for blogs about success stories from WA Members. Choose a few that you like and write a WA Blog about these success stories, providing a few links to each one within your blog.

Next on your About Me page on your website, explain to your readers why you created your niche website and tell them you built your website at Wealthy Affiliate. Then place the regular link to your WA Success Stories Blog.

This could get some people curious about wanting to know how and where you started and will click the link to your WA Blog. Being that WA uses a "Lifetime Cookie" when that person decides to join WA, you will get the referral.
