I joined WA August 23,2015 following my grade school BFF Robert aka boomergp08 (as my mentor) who has been with WA since 2013. After the free lessons, I was convinced I could learn everything I needed to start a blog, so I went Premium. It's easy to see from the beginning why WA has been around since 2005. Kyle is a wonderful teacher and the videos make things easier.
This week is about giving thanks and I thought it the perfect time for my first blog post. This past year has been very difficult, my daughter has had several life threatening surgeries, my older brother passed away suddenly and my dad has been going through heart and kidney issues. Yet I am thankful that I have been available and able to my daughter and parents during these rough times.
First to my BFF Robert, you are a true friend in every sense. The years behind us haven't changed a thing. You were there when others weren't. After all these years, do you even know how much I appreciate you in my life? All the times you pulled me from depression without knowing. We may not agree on somethings, but I will forever love you tall guy. Really tall. <3
Kyle and Carson thanks for not making WA a scam. Thanks for making it affordable and for not making WA about pushing people into getting something before they need it. I am so grateful for how your lessons made me realize that I had been wasting my time before Wealthy Affiliates. That it wasn't my fault, I hadn't found the right program.
WA community I hope to get to know more of you. Thanks for making me feel so welcome. Many have offered help and I look forward to getting to know y'all.

just wanted to welcome you and let you know that I have long admired Robert for his well-written written blogs and training contributions here at W.A.
I have just recently come back into W.A. after a long absence and I do enjoy the opportunities it gives me to communicate with other like-minded people.
In a world that seems to be dominated by scam artists and "snake oil" products I can empathise with your feelings about W.A.
I personally believe that the only life worth living is one guided by integrity, honesty, ethics and principles!

Hey Barbara and a very warm welcome to Wealthy Affiliate....seems like you picked a great mentor, Robert is one of the very best in here and I'm sure he'll help you out as much as he seems to have done over the years.
Robert will have told you but just to reiterate, we are all here for you, so whenever you have any difficulties, somebody will always chip in and help out.

It's a good feeling knowing that if I can't access Robert others are here for me and as I learn I will be reaching out as well. So very different than another place I tried where it was very, very different.
