Yes I do. Although I have decided not to go down that route, they are a very reliable company. The owner - Chris Malta - is very helpful
.anyone ever hear of these guys? They have contacted me suggesting that they do a lot of work for WA members.
From what I understand they are trying to sign you up under the impression they are with WA and because this is so new the first website is free. Well guess what? It turned into a $9.95 charge. The other pitch is providing a link wheel service it sounds like where they link your site to others they have bought in bulk. With the way google is these days I don't even know if a link wheel is plausible and if google will look at it as buying traffic. I thought maybe this was legit but after reading here it sounds like I need to tell them to stop.
As far as how they found out about me I may know. I received a cry on one of my websites about how I got into blogging. I told them about Wealthy Affiliate. That was about a week before I got called. That would be my best guess.
Hey Tom, I was contacted by this group three days ago. I said thanks, but no thanks. But I would be interested in hearing about your experience with them.
I would be interested in knowing how they got our names. Any idea?
Bill
Hi Bill, no I don't know how they got our names. They must have given you the same pitch as me.
So far it does not look good. They want $9.95 a month. However the sales guy said to get me started they would do the first month for $2.00. Well guess what, they billed me the $9.95.
They also were to call the day after I joined for a walk through etc....no call. I plan on calling them today to see what they have to say.
When I look at their site, it looks to be simply another blog.
Tom
I haven't heard of them at all, Tom. But you did make 3'rd position on page 1 when I did a google search on them! (-:
Yeah, I saw that too. They claim to be a "Marketing" web site where by they claim to get you ranked with in a month. They are using their web site as an example. They claimed to have gotten to me through WA...and that there a quite a few WA members using them.
I'm going to try them for a couple of months...just to see if they are a scam or not.
Well, it will give you authority when you use it for a review! So all in all that's not a bad idea! I just wouldn't waste a lot of time or cash on it.

I have published 2 sites. Yet when I Google them...they do not show up anywhere? Can anyone tell whats going on?
It's worth bearing in mind that Google and other search engines are not *public services*, ie. no one has a *right* to be "listed" (indexed) let alone "ranked". It's why following the training step-by-step is important as search engines only want to display relevant worthwhile content to their visitors. :) Rich.
Just type it into the search bar, you'll get a list of relevant items, ie. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/adding-google-analytics-to-a-wordpress-blog https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-manually-setup-google-authorship-on-wordpress https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-add-verify-a-domain-webmaster-tools etc. etc. Rich.
Everything is OK in the settings area. I don't know what you mean in regards to registering with Google.
If you want to check if they're indexed by a search engine, then simply go to http://www.google.com or http://www.bing.com etc. and type the url into the search box, ie. www.yoursitename.com Rich.

Wordpress log in problems
Yeah, I tried getting another PW, but no luck. I did have someone say I should file a ticket for help. I'll try that next. Thanks for all help.
Tom
Well Marie, I cant get to my plugins without first getting into my site, so that doesn't work. I cleared out my browser...that did not help. It would be nice if a guy could get a hold of somebody from WP for help....but cant find anything relative to HELP.
You know, when I wrote my latest post below, I was thinking that you would have to create a 4th password (if that's possible), and then get access to your site. After that, you could check on those plugins.
I'm very sorry, Tom, that I don't seem to be of much help with this problem. Hopefully, one of our WA "gurus" will chime in here soon with a solution for you. You could also open up a WA support ticket. Those guys are good and they try their best to solve problems -- they might even have the answer for you.
In the meantime, I'll also see if I can get ahold of somebody (or some info) directly from WP to help you out. Hang in there!
Hi, Tom. First of all, did you change your WP username from ADMIN to something else? If not, are you using the password found under the "Details" tab on the WA page that lists your websites?
I've had to change them several times. I have had to get 3 passwords in the last 24 hours. The new passwords work the first time and I get into my site. If I log out and cannot get back in with the same PW they just approved??
Hummm... did you try clearing your cache and cleaning up your cookies?
Also, do you have a lot of plugins on your site? I know that sometimes the more plugins you have, the more likely there could be problems in any given area. If you do have several plugins, perhaps you can deactivate them temporarily and see if the login problem goes away (or, in other words, your "newest" password actually works past the first time). If it does work, then you'll know that it may be one of your plugins that's causing the problem.
