My Street Article Is Ranked!!
I am so excited! I have just read Kyle's blog on how to get your Street Article ranked. Only problem here is that I have already written and submitted my first article. So there was no way for me to do it over again.
Although when I wrote it, I did make use of a low hanging fruity keyword. Chunky Apricot Jam Recipe. I should have made the title sound a bit more interesting, I know. Anyway, I decided to test to see if I have just maybe been ranked.
Well, I first did a Google search, and what do you know? Page 2, #7! And Bing - page 2 #8! AND Yahoo - Page 1 #4! You could have blown me over with a feather!
Let me tell you, if this is the way to start getting easy traffic to my site, then I'm definitely going to be writing more Street Articles. Hopefully my site will be getting a ranking soon too.

That's great Lydia. It's a nice feeling. But don't get carried away with writing lots of articles - you want to concentrate on content for your site. Just having a couple of articles with SA pointing to your site is all that is advised these days. Don't want to burst the bubble because it's nice to get ranked so quickly.
Hi Beverley, thanks for the advice. As always, I appreciate it. I still have a lot of work ahead of me, I know. I'm trying to write two posts a week now, and also adding new recipes. I need to ask some advice from you again, will PM you. Right now I'm off to bed, too many late nights working on my site! I think our time zones are the same, just after 8pm now. Lydia.
