I think this one is self explanatory. The nice thing is that Wealthy Affiliate truly has done that for us already.

We have certification

We have boot camp

But there is more than just that. I set goals of 20 000 or 15 000 words a month for my content. However I find that way easier to achieve if I sit down and write 200 at a time. Now that doesnt mean Im writing 200 word posts. It just means that once I reach 200 i start on a new 200. I may write 2000 words in one post but it is 200 at a time.

I just find this way easier to achieve stuff.

If you guys have any secrets please feel free to share here.

Cheers on Wednesday

Dale

Thanks I for some reason have been having a time writing content between work and trying to recuperate. This does make it more manageable.

I like this plan..
Not bad at all! I appreciate the tip...I think I will try it...my problem is that I am too wordy..can hit 1500 words quick...my issue comes with my editing..in whacking the words down ..but...200 or so at a time would make that "technique" easier too! I like it!

Before I started doing this a 1500 word post would take me days. Now before editing I can write a 1500 word post in 3 hours. So on a saturday or Sunday I can add like 5 or 6 posts over the weekend where before I could write one if I was lucky. Has made a big difference in writing content.

HI Dale,
Great idea! It is a lot easier to do many small steps then try to take one huge one. Great week for you.

That's interesting...so if I'm understanding you correctly, you write your posts in 200-word chunks. Is that right?

Hi there

I sit down to write a post say 1500 words. However in my mind 1500 seems so much.

So I focus on the first 200 and then the second 200 and carry on like that until Im done which might be at 1400 or 2000

Thats just the way I focus. Some may do it differently.

Try it out and see how it works. Of course on most writing platforms there is a word count so its easy to keep track of.

Sometimes things just get too overwhelming. That takes the fun out of things. To me doing it this way keeps it more interesting.

That is a good way to plan ahead. I aim to write minimum of 2 blogs per day and maximum of 3 blogs per day in the future. I think once you write first 10 posts in your blogs, it might become easier to write the 11th from there on.

The nice thing is there are no rules. Everyone can set their own goals to whatever works for them.

so true, another thing is not to be too harsh on yourself if you miss a day or two in fulfilling your goals due to another commitment, just keep on going with long term goals in mind.
