My First Calendar Investment
Hi Guys! If you are busy and like to be organized.. what do you do to feel that way? Buy a calendar, right?
So here I am, on course 4 lesson 9 and I'm thinking.. "Hey, lets organize these blog posts through out the month" and I love that idea. It will help with getting my head straight before siting down and writing engaging quality content that can be potentially high ranked in the future 4 years from now.
So my question for you is.. do you have a calendar? If so how do you use it and do you have any tips for me or others to keep your life organized AND lead to a successful life as an internet marketer?

In the book seven habits of highly effective people, by Stephen Covey! He list's that many successful people chart their week the week before! So I think it makes a lot of sense to do that!
I do know when I set a plan in motion of what I intend to get done it works out much better than when I try and wing it!
Now that is a great book. In 1997, the great man was key speaker at a business conference in Sydney that I attended. We had Norman Schwartzkopf and Brian Tracy also on the speaking list. Amazing day.

Billy its a good idea to have goals, but always remember that when you attain those goals to reset the bar? If your shooting at a target and you shoot out the bullseye you then need to put up a new target!
It's the same with goals, you cannot hit something unless you have something to aim for?

No calendar for me. It's probably a good idea, but I think at the end of every month I'd just find another reason to be disappointed for not paying any attention to it. Besides, I found long ago getting my head straight was a monumental task, requiring way too much time and resources. If it works for you though, Hi Ho.
I understand where you are coming from. I would be a little frustrated too if i didn't use it each month. but, hey, i'm giving it a shot!
Great idea. It is worth implementing. It could be used also to keep track of Google rankings for posts we publish.
Yeah I just started writing in it and It feels good! It's different that I have to think about the future so much in one sitting!
OK, yes I have a calendar and yes I use it. I note the days on it that my posts are going to publish and keep them going in twice a week. I put special days on it, when I used to take my son to his sports events, they were are put on the calendar. The calendar was by the door so that we could check to see what was going on that day, week or month. It's just a matter of putting the info on the day you need it. I believe lots of people enter that on their phones now..
Yeah I use my phone for a lot of things.. but something about pen and paper makes me feel more creative! I just got my calendar and It feels so good to write in it and make goals for every day

I have a calendar that I use as a guide. Life gets in the way most of the time. But my ultimate goal is to get everything done in the week that I planned for each individual day if that makes sense
Thats great that you use it for your guide. I want to be able to accomplish everything too
