What do you mean not being able to give feedback on sites? You can always get feedback on your site or leave feedback for others.

If you're tasked with something like leaving feedback and there aren't sites available it's just a matter of continuing on. These are small exercises that get you used to using the community. If you're tasked with something like publishing a post, of course complete the task before moving on. But when it's something like leaving feedback and there aren't sites available, there are always alternatives.
