Thank you Thomas. It takes 1000 hours to learn a subject and 10,000 hours to be an expert. But I would be lost without spell checker and grammar tools. Why can't everybody speak Swedish instead? ;-)

Many years ago I studied this "subject" because you really need to make it part of your skill set... And I think at some point it just becomes second nature--
