Usually when you start looking at SSL certs you need a dedicated IP. I don't think that WA hosting would be able to do that. However, as tommo1968 mentioned your best bet is to open a ticket and they'll be able to tell you if you can do it here or not.
Where are you hosting? Here or on your own platform. If the later then you need to contact support to do that for you probably. If here you need to open a ticket under websites & hosting.

I think it will be very difficult to balance both websites at once, especially if you are just learning. My recommendation is to choose one or the other. I'm obviously biased towards WA because this is where I learned to build my business, and it's where I'm still active. So my vote is to stick with WA and cancel the other subscription.
The other thing that makes me wary of the other place is that it's a "store". I've recently been on the phone with lots of scam websites trying to sell me stuff, and they usually refer to their websites as "stores" or "online malls". I'm not sure which program you signed up with, but if you want me to take a look you can email me the name of the service.
WA will teach you how to make your website and make money from it, so anything outside of WA teaching, you don't really need.
