No Tricks, All Treats!

Creating and managing an online business is a pretty big challenge even on a good day so it’s always nice when we learn about tips and resources that can make the job a wee bit easier 😊 In the spirit of Halloween tonight, I thought I’d share a few “Treats” so we can avoid some “Tricks” in our online marketing journey! I am not an affiliate for any of these websites.
To start off with I thought I’d share a few websites that I find to be great resources for content, ideas, and to stay current with social media trends:

This next website is great for outsourcing business needs such as customized logos, website designs, resumes, and practically anything you need to run your online business and at reasonable prices:
However, if you prefer to get creative and create your own logo, branding and personalized graphics, this website is a very popular free tool for that:
I recently discovered this free tool to automatically and almost instantly (mere seconds) remove the background of any picture. It does a pretty good job considering it’s free!
This free tool gives you access to lots of gifs that can be helpful to your business at times, especially when creating messenger bots in programs such as Many Chat, etc.
When you’re posting a link somewhere, such as your blog post on a social media platform, and you want to create a customized link, this free tool does the trick:
Since the pandemic started, I believe a lot more of us are now familiar with this next free tool, but just in case you’re not, you can create a zoom room for online live meetings and it’s free for basic needs:
This is a great resource for training on a wide variety of topics that are very reasonably priced:
A few great business leaders (past and present) I enjoy learning from and highly recommend are: Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor, Les Brown, Dani Johnson, Tony Robbins, Grant Cordone, Robert Kiyosaki, Seth Godin to name only a few. There are so many to learn from whether your quest be online business, motivational, personal development, marketing, etc.
If you’re interested in meditation, some helpful apps are: Mindfullness, Headspace, Calm, Mind Body, Smiling Mind, Aura, Sattva, YogaGlo, buddhify, to name a few.
