Is there a way to capture a referral's email address in WA as they join WA by way of a sign up form? Does WA offer that as a templet? TIA, Alice

I recently upgraded to Premium Plus+ status and it was my understanding we had access to the Alphabet Soup X beta platform. But under my Research tab in my back office, it sho
You won't find it under Research instead click the App Switcher icon next to your profile pic where you can select the alphabet Soup X I have provided an image below

Yes it is PP+ for now.
You can access by clicking the app switcher icon top menu.
That's between the envelope icon and your profile icon.
The App Switcher is what looks like a folders cabinet, however I recently learned from Kyle it is called an "App Switcher"

You still need look up keywords in Jaaxy tool and Google first page before settling on a keyword.
But the new tool as far I understand is good to dive in niche analysis and refining further searches in Google.

I had a similar issue and found that my emails were going to SPAM folder. Perhaps you can check there.
