Finally Found My Niche
I actually managed to get this accomplished. Yesterday I set a goal to have my niche all picked out before the day ended, and I did it. I'm giving myself a little pat on the back, here. Thanks so much to each and everyone of you who answered my questions on this, gave me encouragement, showed me websites to look at, videos to watch and asked me thought-provoking questions. I appreciate all the help, so very much.
After doing all my research, I ended up asking myself two questions:
1. What job would I love to do more than anything else in the world, even if I could never get paid to do it?
2. Where would I want to work?
Once I asked myself those questions, I began to formulate a list of things I love doing and I wouldn't care if I ever got paid to do it or not (of course, making a living off of doing what I love most would be icing on the cake). For the where would I want to work question, that was the easiest: I want to continue to live in France and work from home. Done.
Once I was able to answer those two questions, finding my niche was so hard.
Now, onto site-building !!!

My niche will form a dual purpose:
1.) As an online voice via private forum & or public Crazyhorse blog with accessible safe interaction to common concerns in an unbiased, neutral arena to the Foundry Arts.
Special interests include in-the-studio artists entrees, REAF4L - (Rational Education Artist Federation 4 Leadership) investors, members & Artist Alumni whose motivations are to gain exposure by Virtual Art In Public Places (VAIPP) Program specific to on-site installation contractors & related maintenance provided by United Pathos Productions & subcontracted affiliates.
Fundraising & donations will be accepted to maintain United Pathos Productions Visiting Artist Art Therapy Program & REAF4L, Charity Endowment Fund Administration Headquarters.
2.) As an artist advocacy by patent entitlement, REAF4L (Rational Education Artist Federation 4 Leadership) Charity Endowment Fund sustains main affiliate funding Administrative source to United Pathos Productions. Investors are able to extend service as participants for Annual Call For Entries Works Exhibit. Registry archives will categorize entrees.

I like to put a huge amount of emphasis on the niche, simply because as you said, you'd be spending so much time with it it HAS to be something you love doing/interacting around!!
To be frank, it won't be an easy journey. Most others gave up because they have no good niche(s) but trust me, don't stop trying, it's worth it in the long run! Regards, Christopher.
