This opportunity opens the doors for so many possibilities making this journey full of incredible experiences... Reminding me once more what it is like to feel that powerful adrenaline rush running thru my veins by living in the moment creating from spontaneity. Then, out of nowhere it hits me, almost as a powerful knockout punch… Straight to the jocular leaving my poor brain freezing and in total shock.

As I sat there on my comfortable couch, trying to make sense of what just happened to hold my jaw as if trying to make it feel better as I slowly rub my brain for more information on the revelation I just experienced. All of the sudden, I started laughing uncontrollably as I asked myself in silence… Why we were laughing, could someone in my mind should let me on the joke, so I can too laugh at myself with the same determination ;)…!

It is incredible what a disease or just being away from actually using one's brain on daily basis can actually erase or make one forget past abilities, stop one's present and totally destroy one's future for good…!!! Let me explain, remember that I had expressed how difficult it has been personally for me to find a domain name that I actually like, be available and have a certain QSR.

I mean I been thru the ringer for 3 months… First, I could not come up with no names, then all the names that I generated had a QSR <10 I mean for a moment there I though that my wealthy affiliate keyword finder was broken… Seriously, I am not joking, I am being serious as a heart attack. Then I though maybe is my connection. Therefore, I ask my husband to drive me to start bucks since I cannot drive, due to the strong medications that I take daily. Once there, it did not work any better lol. Therefore, now I was thinking maybe is my laptop and so I went to use hubby's computer and my friends until finally I realized… There was nothing wrong with any of the equipment I just really sucked at coming up with names lol ;)…!

YES… YES… LAUGH AT ME; I LIVE IN THE IRONIE JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA ;)…!

As I said before, I am a business major with a BA, a certify paralegal with many other business corporate certifications under my belt. Have manage the sales team department in a corporate world successfully been the executive secretary who, organized, prepared, ran and administrated all that was coming in and out for more than one company

.The reason I was literary laughing at myself was because the name Ray Renolds came to mind in that moment… First took me a while to place who he was, since I am in the process of recovering and improving my long-term as well as, my short term memories and it seems the more I write the easier they seem to come back, little by little of course nothing happens over night lol.

After been in deep thought, reaching into my memory trying to understand how I related to this individual, once the memory became clearer and I was able to place him in my life… I then found myself wondering why, it has been aver 16 years plus since I heard that name and yet all of the sudden, many memories from that time came rushing in making much more sense.

If you never hear of this individual, let me give you a quick introduction who that man really was. This was one of the smartest individuals one could only hope to meet, well more like a genus. He actually work for the IRS from a very young age and created most or all of the business protocols for the IRS which in turn gave him the information and the absolute power to work thru the loopholes of what he had created. Very young with a brilliant mind, he went off on its own and came up with “incorporating you”. Some of you might have seen the infomercials that run day and night at that time.

Back then, just being part of this group was absolutely enlightening and interesting since it was all new material, opening the doors to let us soar like an eagle. Starting one's own business without much overhead since he did introduce the virtual offices and the virtually automated answering services. Coming to think about it, it was very much like being here at Wealthy Affiliate just in person. A few of the individuals who worked directly for his branch out after learning all the information, process and implementation duplicating the wheel with a different corporation name.

Ray’s target market was every owner running a small biz, a home biz, and a virtual biz… This would be the typical private owner running a business who carried all the liability of his biz risking their home, assets and their whole life earnings which are what happens if one does not incorporate the right type of corporation.

The brilliant way he up sell his clients was by putting a more than ingenious package together. Once he allured you to incorporate your biz, he or his trained staff then will create a blueprint of a successful corporate structure which involved acquiring 3 more corporations as the basis to protect one's assets. In this manner, one's biz and personal assets will always be separated in case the biz ever went belly up or something threatening the biz future, by unforeseen obstacles or situations beyond one's control.

Nonetheless, as one of Ray’s clients facing the above predicament, he was able to transfer all assets overnight into another already set up corp. and continue biz as normal. Even when clients might have sued and gone as far enough to win the case, if the company is bankrupt well then I guess you just won the case but will never see a penny lol. I did say he was brilliant not completely honest.

Next, if you could not afford this particular personalized blueprint for the biz, then you probably need money and/or credit to get the biz off the ground right…! Offering to build 50,000 on credit up to a million dollars depending on the package bought, as well as, building the credit score for your corporation from the basic retailers the biz needed. Major bank credit business lines, like everything else, there is a process for everything my friends.

While working in this field, creating or coming up with corporate names in the moment from the top of my head was part of what I did and who I was for a period of time, there was never like a second, though…! It was all about getting it done and keeping it moving, the adrenaline rush was incredible and truthfully extremely addicting, every time we implements an idea and it took off, even more than the money we were making WE LOVE DOING WHAT WE DID ;)…! We were soon creating corporations, aging them and building the Duns and Bradstreet credit score turning around selling them for major cheese, very similar to hoarding domain names, building the website and creating traffic to then sell them for major profit.

What I did then setting up appointments, processing corp. paperwork, keep on top of deadlines, instructing client with absolute detail on what to do or say… By becoming a consultant is no different then this On-Line Biz, instead of picking up the phone I can email the blogger or .com. I don’t have to run, drive, meet or entertain anyone because all is done here over the Internet… I finally got the opportunity to actually envision this fully which took a long while but it had made the whole difference in the world of how to approach this strange beast known as the On-Line biz with a positive attitude, clear direction and creative perspective of course based on what I know.

Sadly but strangely as I write this blog, I realized that 20 years prior I was learning and working for 3 major corporate vultures, That experience alone was an incredible phase in my life too. These individuals run a proficient biz ready to dismantle your corp. and make major profits from others life’s work… The money men, the accountant, and the gorgeous lady that no information was beyond her reach. Regardless of what was need it, she would attain it by all means possible, talk about dedication and truly be loving what you do lol.

My point is, coming up, looking and finding an available domain name is no different than coming up, looking and finding an available corporation name on the spot. Nonetheless, it was like the worst nightmare for me ever here at wealthy affiliate because I just did not remember who I was, where I been and what I was done. I realize past experiences, are supposed to empower us when on a very new journey, plus I can see that the more one practices are inerrable one will get better…!

Fortunately, I can now only see, but relate to how the internet actually works, in such a clear and fully detail manner. Finding gratitude for all previous learned experienced lessons today and always loving what I do on the daily basis will lead me to the much needed financial freedom that I been seeking… By simply remembering who I am, what have I done and where I been makes this journey a much more comfortable ride as the fear and doubt dissipates being able to approach this beast confidently ;)…!
