WOW . Reached first google page so quickly
I was very excited to see my post at the first 3 spots in google search results
and guess what
I reached there even there are more then 400k Competitor
its right that the link is for my G+ profile post which I posted the link in my profile
but I also feel excited about it

As Michel said my post or website doesnt appeared on first page with this keyword when i tried to search in another pc so I have tried another keyword and I found my whole website is in the first page and here is the link and please let me know if I am right

I don't want to kill your excitement, but I think it's always better to know the truth. Unfortunately you're not on the first page. Have a look at this, so you'll understand why. My Website is on No 1 in Google, but is that really true?

so I know its not the whole website .. but when my post reach there my website will reach there too (I hope) in the near future
but I tried now the same keyword on a pc in another country and I found my post not even on the first page sadly

Lool now I have tried another keyword on that remote computer I found my whole site is in the first page about number 4 or 5
you can find out with your self with this keyword

Yes, with quotation marks, your site is on the first page. Very good. But without them it's not. Be patient. Your site is only 1 day old.
However, I'm happy I made you feel even better. :)
I am happy cause there is 300k competitors in this keyword even with quotations and there is more then 1k traffic on this keyword every month
but the most important thing is I like to be happy surely than be happy for fake results
