Your mindset can easily determine your success or failure depending if you have a Growth Mindset or a Fixed Mindset

Here is where the difference lies between those who are successful online and those who give up and most failures tend to blame the system or others but never themselves.

Growth mindset

Successful affiliate marketers soon realize that to be successful online there is a need to further develop their talents and skillset they may already have and even bring on new skillset along the way.

In order to do so, they know the only way forward is to be prepared through hard work and effort along the way.

This could mean learning new tasks such as going through the training given to them, reading more from other successful, or learning more from inspiring people in many fields that relate to your interest.

What About YOU

You don’t need to reinvent the wheel as the knowledge is already out there.

You just apply what is taught, and take positive action to make it happen in order to be successful.

You also know this will not happen overnight and all that is required is to have the right frame of mind and be prepared to continue to strive forward to reach your goals set in life.

Fixed Mindset

This is where the undoing of many wannabes comes into play.

Here the mind frame is fixed and as it is fixed one can not go further beyond the limit the belief system is created.

Most times this fixed mindset may be the upbringing throughout childhood, perhaps parents, school, or even friends.

At the start, they may want to be something in their life but others can quickly deflate this thinking pattern.

Have you heard the saying “You will never amount to anything”?

This can easily deflate the personal ego and after many years of hearing the same thing your mindset becomes fixed and you believe that there is no possible way of going forward in life as you once may have thought.

The fixed mindset person has now a belief that there is a limit to their learning.

“Can you teach an old dog new tricks” is another term that comes to mind?

So even though they feel within them they want to be successful when there are challenges faced and some can be tough, they easily feel this is hopeless and what people have been saying is right.

I will never amount to anything so might as well give up now and just live according to society’s pattern of thinking.

Which one are you?

The part you need to think about is which one are you going to be the one with the growth mindset and willing to take action and learn, and find ways to either go through or over those hurdles or obstacles.

Know that you won’t give up but will learn where necessary to overcome the obstacles before you.

You will also know that climbing a mountain will not be done quickly but slowly and steadily while learning and observing the pathway before you.

OR

Are you content to stay with the fixed mindset and just give up at the first obstacle or a few more obstacles along the way?

Really certainly worth your time to learn and grow after all you are creating a growth mindset so this will help you further gain the added advantage over others not here within Wealthy Affiliate.

2) Obstacles Faced

If you faced one obstacle and overcame that this is the perfect time to realize you already overcame one you may have felt was impossible yet you did.

So kudos to you, know you are better than you may have realized.

No one said affiliate marketing was easy those that do are lying to you.

When you face another obstacle and you will along this long journey to success.

Remember you already did it once and you can certainly do it again.

Your limit to success is dependent on the growth mindset you create.

To achieve success, true success for years to come, you need to be willing to learn and know it will take some time and positive action to make it so.

How much time?

That depends on how strong you make your mindset to be.

Understand this:

There is no limit to learning more nor is the ability to increase your growth mindset.

That is why it is called growth it keeps growing as you learn more and the more positive action you take you will be better for it.
