I think Flippa is the easiest process. I did sell a website for $12,500 on there was was averaging $500-600 a month. However, empire flippers, though I haven’t tried on there I believe I might’ve gotten more value on if I sold through them.


You will answering a variety of questions about your website like, how you receive traffic, monthly income, type of conetent etc...then you can set up an auction with a minimum price you are willing to selling at though people can end up bidding higher.

You will communicate with interested buyers throughout the process and can end the auction early if you come to agree to a price before the auction ends. After you you transfer ownership while your payment is waiting in a third party escrow account. The money gets deposited once the transfer is complete.

Price varies on websites but figure whatever your monthly income is multiplied by 20-40 times is what you can reasonably sell your website at.

From my understanding and research...flippa seems to be the best..they do ask you for a 25 dollar selling fee...at least when i tried
