How to Focus on Positivity and Overcome Challenges


Negative thoughts can be powerful and become overwhelming for many.

Particularly here as you are starting your online business.

Know that it is important to acknowledge and give space to such thoughts but don't hold on to them.

Holding on to past memories that are negative and not beneficial to you can lead you into a downward spiral.

Here are some tips to help you focus on positivity and overcome challenges.

Letting Go of Negative Thoughts


Specific events that may upset us, it is common to remember everything that's wrong in our lives.

As a result, the initial thought or memories can bring all the other negative memories to the surface.

Often we begin to feel that our life is terrible.

It's important to give ourselves a break and let those thoughts go.

We can't solve all our problems at once.

Instead, focus on feeling better at this moment and trust that things will fall into place at the right time.

Acknowledging Our Emotions


It's important to acknowledge and confirm our emotions, even the negative ones.

Ignoring or suppressing them can lead to more problems down the line.

Try to understand why you're feeling the way you are and what triggered those emotions.

Write them down and give them some thought into why it made you feel then and now.

This can help you gain insight and work through those emotions in a healthy way.

Remember past is past do not let the past take control of your present moment in life acknowledge it and let it go.

Thanks Jim and yes affirmations can be easy to make the only part many have especially at the start is to remember to do so on a daily basis I find that write them down and having it nearby helps a lot at the start and found that saying it first thing in the morning, perhaps in the afternoon and just before you go to bed the best that way you are reinforcing in your mind and setting that start to a positive way of thinking.
