I need help on a specific topic. Can someone tell me how I can add a post to a page in Wordpress, I have some difficulties in doing so.

adding a post to a page? not quite sure I understand your question
is it something like this, more may be found in the search bar How to add posts into main menu or did you mean opening 'add new' in pages in your dashboard to start writing
or linking one of your posts on your page? which would be creating some anchor text, taking the post url, and using your add link icon to insert it into your highlighted text...
