Is there any document in Wa or guideline to follow when searching for a niche.

especially when you are staring out.

Like a benchmark..what to do?

Good question. You know what I did? Nothing! I still don't have a niche. Mainly because I am no inspired by anything or anyone. I have very little interest in anything I do these days. I did have an interest years and years ago...picking up women. Of course today it would no longer be a passion. I believe your niche has to be something you eat, drink, sleep, and spend the day thinking about. That kind of connection. Because if it is not, you are going to lose interest in it. Just like The WA Bootcamp training. It sounds cool to set up a site bringing in members and making a commission, right? Trouble is after about a month of working on it...most people find that it is not something they Live To Do! Meaning they don't have it as a passion and therfore fail at this. I know I have over the last 90 days. I have flat lost interest in anything to do with opportunities to make money!
So, beware. Take your time. A niche is something you need to give a great deal of thought to. Not one thought that you go, cool, maybe that could by my niche...but think long and hard and ask yourself what is important to you and what will you be willing to work hard.
I believe it to be the least thought out part of getting on here at the WA program, and the very most important part of the process! Get my niche?

If you struggle with a niche, you can always gain experience promoting WA as your niche until you think of one.

Everyone has something that inspires them, intrigues them to the deepest level. Take whatever that is for you and run with it. You may not know everything or be an expert yet, but the research in your niche will never get boring. it makes it easier to design content when its something you love or deeply interests you. Theres a market for everything, and if you don't believe me think up the strangest most obscure think you could possible imagine and then google it. I betcha there's already websites built around it. My point? Anything works, but have an interest or your content might be lacking...

Thanks for the reply

Hi Anthony,

I agree with Boomergp08. In addition to Kyle's blog you can also read another WA member's blog on better defining a niche. His username is JoshHarris. Here's the link to his blog.

Good luck

Do you have any hobbies or anything you like to do in your spare time? A niche can be almost everything. Coin collecting, cooking, baking, photography, internet marketing. health & wellness, BBQ cooking, sports, children's toys, music, movies, carpentry, debt reduction, fruit and vegetable juicing, weight loss, video games, iPhones, computer tablets, camping, hiking, exercising,... A niche can be anything you are passionate about that you can write about and promote for sale.

If there is something you like to do and you can talk about it forever, then that is what you should focus on for your niche.
