How to avoid Paypal's exorbitant fees?

I would like to avoid Papyal's exorbitant fees that I must pay whenever I want to withdraw money to my credit card since I do not have a US bank account. I don't like them parasiting on my efforts in growing my website. I do have a Payoneer credit card which I've opened for my past online endeavours and is tied to a bank account in US but have not used it since I got it.Can you please offer me some strategies and solutions to this problem and thank you in advance fellow WA members?
