I would just mark it as spam and enough of that gets around then they may quit doing it. No website wants people to know they are spammers.

Glad you are getting comments on your work. I agree with others that it might be scam, but if it doesn't add value to your work I wouldn't allow it.

Yeah I would have to disapprove that comment. If it doesn’t give your article substance it shouldn’t be there.

I usually disapprove comments promoting their sites but did not say anything about my post.

From the little that I can see of this comment, I would delete it without giving it another thought, Alice looks like spam to me.

When it comes to comments, two of the questions that could be forefront in your decision-making process, does the comment bring value to your website and secondly is the comment congruent with the theme of the post that they are commenting on.

Great that your site is getting organic traffic and comments.

I would mark this comment as spam and delete it - clearly someone just trying to advertise their own site.
