If your previous site wasn't indexed for a long period of time, did you go through the steps of submitting a sitemap and submitting information to Google?

for the previous site no, for the new one ( the empty ) I linked it with google analytics yesterday
You will also need to submit a sitemap to Google Webmaster tools once you have some content up on your site.
The training for doing so is here: Setting Up & Submitting a Sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools If you didn't do this last time then it's probably why you didn't get your site indexed.

what can I do with this Japanese issue, if I write the domain in google search, first result in Japanese ?
That will change over time. Once Google crawls your site the results will start to show up for how the site is now rather than how it was.

What is the best time to drive traffic to US people ? is it weekend or weekdays and what is the perfect timing ?
Are you asking about sending marketing e-mail into the U.S? If that's what you're talking about, I like to get mine read and dealt with first thing in the morning. I rarely turn the computer on after 4 or 5 P.M. A lot of people do it in the evening though, so RaeAnne's suggestion might be right too.
I would have to say evenings and weekends. Just my opinion. But I would think that would be the best, I'm in Oklahoma.

I did it this way Subdomain on Your Own Dot Com Website A subdomain is like having a separate domain with its own dashboard, login, choice of having WordPress or HTML. A second domain that you don't have to pay extra for registration. And you get to choose any name you want.

HI, an Editor within WP will be able to write a post and post it to your blog etc. An Administrator will have access to ALL of the webiste, whether it's pages, posts, theme, and be able to make changes to anything including code. So if you are looking for someone to make changes or amendments to your website you would need to create an Administrator Account for them.

In real nm life I use S2Member... for a client I just enabled login on her website through WordPress and she is happy with that.
