When On Lockdown, Delete Your Nemesis With More Education.
Busy times online;
The online world seems to be busier than it has ever been, but it has that real surreal feel to the whole gig. I think, for the most part, we are all trying to get a handle on what is happening. I certainly have the sense that we are seeing the birth of a new normal. Perceptions seem to be changing by the day.
Where it ends up is anyone's guess?
Initially, there was an air of excitement and disconnection. In history, one thinks in terms of the Phony War that period in World War Two from September 1939 to April 1940 when, after the blitzkrieg attack on Poland in September 1939, seemingly nothing happened.
I guess we only ever get concerned if it impacts us personally.
Because we have never been here before, people are preoccupied with other things on their minds. You see it in their eyes, and faces; we have heard of people in lock down and how they are coping or not. The whole deal is like something we have never faced. There is so much instability in the world at present.
I had an interesting experience today managed to get some emergency dental work done in one of those I'll give you the island if you can help me moments; it was like going to another planet, a military operation. I have probably been to busy to think about the whole evolving situation. It comes into real focus when we start staring down the barrel of a lock down.and seeing all the ramifications and collateral damage for peoples lives in general.
Logic
Logic tells you that it is the right thing to do in one of those enveloping good for the community moments. We are all community; we all belong; there is no separation as we all struggle to level up.
Changing Lives
Lives are changing in a helter-skelter kind of way; businesses are shutting, jobs are being lost. There is so much uncertainty, you may have been compromised from your current life.
Phases
Initially, I thought in terms of business; my thinking has come in a full circle, the timing is not about an opportunity to take advantage. It is time to step forward and to help people who are searching for solutions to their problems. Everyone has a particular pain point. Remove the comfort of routines; what do you do?
Lockdown, for many, is going to be so challenging.
To be involved in the online world at this present point in time is such a unique space to be even if you are starting, you know more than most. My pick is that most of the world will be going into lock down, some longer than others—what better time to double down and spend that time on educating ourselves.
If you are creating your online journey by part-timing, it is always hard to learn and create. You will always be pushing the pendulum. If you have been gifted some time, what better way to use it than educating yourself further, giving the lessons a good nudge, even get all the training done and dusted, and the engine room, finally get into that content creation routine.
Crush Your Nemesis
Even pick that one thing the nemesis of your online journey and go hard out to conquer it. Use the time; it is an opportunity to propel your self forward—a chance to get way ahead of your own game.
Talk about opportunity.
It is a scary time because we don't know where it will all go. It is one of those times where by your WA membership will come into it's own. We don't know what we are capable of until we are confronted with situations. We don't know how we will react.?
Go hard out, and your online journey will reward you for the effort you put in.

I just thought that I would pop past and share a comment from way down below that just came to me. I have never done this on a post before but the thoughts kind of resonated with me.
Influenza takes lives why the fuss over COVID 19
This aspect of the COVID 19 virus has many confused and that is only to be natural.
People die with the influenza virus and as you say it wreaks havoc on world populations.
The thing with the influenza virus is that it is usually confined to seasons that occur in each hemisphere annually. Each hemisphere has its flu season, there is a vaccine, which does have a limiting effect on the mortality rate.
It also displays a set of behaviors that are recognized and accepted as standard. Therefore can be managed, every year in the flu season most medical facilities come under pressure. But we navigate our way through it.
The thing with COVID 19 is that it has emerged on a global scale across both hemispheres, at the same time, it seems to be unaffected by season and is displaying some very different and uncharacteristic behavioral patterns that do not follow logical virus progressions.
It is extremely rare for a volunteer virus to emerge so rapidly and on such a scale. Even viewing the infectious timeline compared with influenza they are different.
It appears that COVID 19 is way more infectious, because of that behavior it would be observed as being very unstable and at risk of mutating.
We accept that there are deaths because of the influenza virus it is part of our consciousness, it is of a known quantity.
Imagine if the influenza virus evolved into a seasonless virus?
Each season there are variants, which have different levels of infection and severity.
With influenza, you die because of complications with COVID 19 you die because of the virus and its progression in the human body. This has been exposed by autopsies that the Chinese Government has carried out.
If it was allowed to run rampant, the death toll would end up far north of the influenza virus which has been relatively stable. Some academics are projecting to the power of ten although it is not known because it is a rapidly moving situation.
Hindsight will be the judge.

I caught the tail end of a radio interview the other day and the 'expert' was saying that there are already two strains of the 'Covid19' virus. I didn't hear enough to find out the 'why' so I'm not sure if it was a mutation or just down to circumstance or geographical reasons.
Twack, All viruses mutate some more quickly than others that are how their defence works. The same as our immune system that is why it is very important to wash Linda

Do you think that's why, those that be, struggle with the annual flu vaccine ?
If we watch health sites there are lots of pros and cons about vaccines and mostly cons because we are living in a world of the big Farma gurus that only are in it to put more money in there pockets I could go on to name names but my hands are tied because of WA's rule and regulations.
Educating ourselves is the only way we can defend ourselves
Another insight is:
I almost don't have the strength anymore, but I'm going to answer you, because people need to know, they need to understand that being confined is the lesser evil in this situation.
We are a family of four. My husband got sick and made an appointment at the doctor. He had to scramble to get diagnosed (which was important, since he works in retirement homes, among other things).
The next day, the test was confirmed positive and he was quarantined. We isolated him in his room, the children sleep in the living room and I in the children's room.
Since then, I am also contaminated, obviously. You can take all the safety measures you want to; when you have to help your husband at night to go to the restrooms, there’s no escaping it.
Fever, headaches almost like meningitis (I know because I had one), you feel cold all the time as if you were living in a constant airflow, out of breath, completely oppressed, your body aching and as heavy as lead.
And the two questions I ask myself: what will happen to the children, and is it better to die at home or in a hospital on your stomach connected to a breathing machine?
If you aren’t contaminated, rejoice! Keep protecting yourself and others, it is the least you can do, and the inconvenience of confinement? I really don’t want to hear it.
So, my beloved family, don't compare it with a flu and take care of your life.

In your current situation, it almost seems disingenuous to say take care, but at times when we are lost it is one of te most basic of human qualities.

My heart goes out to all those that will go through this pandemic and make it though to the other side. Thank you for reading, Chris. Yes, it is highly contagious and I can only say we were really healthy before the infection. Seeing what it has done to us, how quickly we were thrown underground and how long we are still recovering, it is unconscious not to be cautious.

with most of the world in lockdown, it is an ideal time to focus on our online endeavors. Once we get used to the idea, which for busy people will seem a little strange initially.
The constant is that crafting online isn't really affected by this change in circumstances.
For people who are not used to being alone, it will be very challenging. I was just reading a post by Kyle there will be opportunities emerging from this period in time.

Great article! In Utah, USA where I live we have had an earthquake with many after shakes! We have also had two deaths in our community! I am grateful for the opportunity to stay in, hopefully somewhat sheltered. I am trying to be more creative!

These are eerie times indeed. I believe we will be experiencing a new normal. The lockdown doesn't affect me as much, as I have a home business. But one does miss their freedoms. I do plan to keep learning and doing different training during this time.
I wondered how that would work if you needed to see a dentist or optometrist during these times.
