Its been 4 hours since I posted a blog post and requested Google to index it but still it is not indexed.
Sometimes it takes a few hours.
Sometimes it take a few days.
And sometimes it takes a few months.
Sometimes it's never indexed at all.
As Chris pointed out, there is time frame.
But if the post has good content, be sure, soonest or later, it will indexed.
