Try right clicking on the image and choose " save image as " after you save it to your computer then upload it to your website as you would any other image.
If you want people to click on it and be directed to another site you can do that as well by adding a custom link when you upload the file, or you can add the link in your WP editor.
Hope this helps.

My site does not meet the requirements of goggle's ad sense. Any other options out there for this?
Thanks in advance.
Hello Zenon-K,
I have a few alternatives written in this article: https://onlineselfemployed.com/passive-income-with-your-website

Hello Zenon, my site did not meet Google Adsense criteria, but there are other Affiliate marketing companies you can sign with, such as Clickbank, or others closer to your niche. Just googe affiliate marketing and see what pops up.

The same as adding images. The only thing is that you have to type .gif on the search bar, when you find the gif, save it, and use the same steps as adding an image. If you want, check in my site www.jachomemedicals.com, go to tutorials, then to vital signs tutorials, and click on temperature or heart rate. Both posts have gif images
