Hello everyone,
Very short post today. I have been going on for weeks and weeks and weeks now. The hosting is constantly crashing, every time I message SiteSupport they resolve it temporarily, however, the issue is back in a couple of days.
I have asked them to change server, and crash again today. My website was out for nearly three hours. How do we suppose to grow our business if the most important thing is not working?
I mean without a stable and fast hosting, there is no point in training, content writing, theme selection. Essentially in anything, because no one will be able to read it anyway. I am reaching to the point where I am now researching hosting companies and just going to change this as I cannot deal with this anymore.
Now, the suggestion I would have is to set up some kind of automatic tool (I am looking into this) that would email you whenever a server crashes or at least you have performance data.
The worst part is, I have even reached out to Kyle about this and had no response at all.

I understand, that we receive 25 websites hosted here which is great number but I guess the hosting provider isn't the greatest. It would come to a huge cost to offer great hosting for everyone to host 25 websites.
The question I really have is do we need 25 websites?

If you want to be serious about this you won't create 25 websites. You probably will struggle with five.
What is the point of offering 25 websites with poor hosting instead of offering 5 websites on a great and stable hosting with no server crashes every single day?
That's it from me.
I just had to rant about this as I am tired of chasing SiteSupport with crashes everyday and this is definitely not a good for your SEO either. At the end of a day we all want to have a great experience or our readers.
Apart from that these are lovely guys who helped me a lot with issues not related to hosting.
Am I the only one whos website is failing on the regular basis?
