Hi everyone,

Google excluded my homepage from being indexed due to a post I did with a redirect to wealthy affiliate. It was only a test run but now Google no longer in

HI

I clicked site and could see.

Tried site:yellowempressdiet . com and find 23 results, try it and let us know.

What makes you think that your home page has not been indexed by Google?

https://yellowempressdiet.com/ is accessible via the Chrome browser therefore it has been indexed.

Maybe you're confused by the terms "indexed" and "ranked".

Indexed means that the search engines have found your website. Once the site has been found the Google bot will crawl through everything it finds on the site so all the posts on your home page link to individual articles which will automatically get indexed.

Ranked pertains to each individual article on your website. Google ranks all articles according to their usefulness to people searching for a particular search term (aka keywords). The best articles will appear on the first page of the results, and all articles that relate to that search term will be ranked according to their worth as judged by Google. Even if your article appears on page #1,000 it is still "ranked". The object is to get your article ranked on page #1.

Wealthy Affiliate may advise you that a particular page/post has been indexed. But sometimes they don't know which other posts have been indexed. That is up to the search engines, not WA.

Hi, the Google Search Console told me that my homepage is not indexed. Therefore when I look up "yellow empress diet" on google, I could see my "my story" page but not my homepage. It is not a huge deal but just a little annoying. Thank you :)

I just now clicked the above link to your site and landed on;

https://yellowempressdiet.com/

which I assume is your home page. You are fine, don't sweat the small stuff.

To see exactly which posts and pages have been indexed type "site:http://yellowempressdiet.com" (without the quotes) into the address bar of your browser. You'll get a list of everything Google has indexed.

Your homepage is your blogroll.

Hello guys, I want to purchase a wordpress theme and it says that their themes only work with wordpress.org not wordpress.com. I just want to make sure that the websites we bui

The free sites and own domain sites here are built on http://WordPress.org

http://WordPress.com is like renting a house and http://WordPress.org which is the self-hosted version (you need a domain name and hosting) is like owning a house. With http://WordPress.org, you have full control of your site.

Tom

Hi neither.

WA has its own siterubix patent based on the WordPress open source.

So your theme should work great. If in doubt and wanting more assurance, I would forward site support the question to confirm

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding choosing the niche/keyword for my website. I understand that I need to write about something I'm passionate about. Yet when

But perhaps you aren't searching under the right words. You need to play around a bit with your Keywords to find the good ones.

Yes definitely. Thank you!

What is your niche, that will help us? Never be afraid of lots of low traffic, over time that can really build up. This might be an interesting idea also good luck

My niche is traditional chinese medicine food therapy. (I'm an Acupuncturist and tcm practitioner)

OK I agree with Geoffrey here, I would play around with the words they are there but not joined up as you state them... worth a play around.. I had a look

Thank you. Will keep playing :)

Hi you may want to try the

Look for searches (avg.) above 30 and competition (qsr. ) lower than 100, the lower the qsr the better. Starter sites SEO greater than 95.

https://my.jaaxy.com/search/keywords

Thank you. Will definitely try this.

You are so very welcome.

Yeah, definitely do. There are going to be lots of keywords that you can leverage (and low competition ones) in any niche. You will naturally become more and more proficient with your keyword research as time goes on.

Thank you Kyle!
