Lately I've been able to get a routine down of writing blog posts and taking care of my other responsibilities. I think most of us often hear a lot about people "taking day by day". At first I thought that only applied to those that don't have much of a routine down and each day is different to them.But I noticed that I too at one point was "taking it day by day". Preparing for the next day and the next day only, because it was filled with so much that I can only focus on that and nothing more.

I opened up my WA page today and saw the Rank 977. This is a quick post on a surprise I came across just now. Yesterday, technically this morning around 12:30 am, I published an article on proper squat form and the 3 big problem areas for most of us. I also posted the article and its embedded videos onto my google+ and twitter account. I went onto google just now, less than 24 hours after posting the article onto my social media accounts, and search for "Proper Squat Form" since those were the keywords I used for the article. Anyone else having this problem? How is my comment not unique? I never copy any of my previous comments for any other sites I look at. I make sure I read the content thoroughly and ask questions from time to time that I look forward to the answers to.I don't know if the system picks up on using the same words as not being unique.
