I can truly understand where you are coming from looking for a profitable niche but that can be a surefire way to failure if you are not careful.

If you choose a profitable niche that you have no knowledge about or interest in (Except making Money from it) then you will find it extremely difficult and hard work to write content for your website. Then you mostly likely will get bored and give up.

A lot of so called Guru's who adopt this approach pay others to create their content. Not something they routinely admit. ; )

It is far better to either choose a niche that you have knowledge in OR a niche that you genuinely want to learn. Then you will then be in a far better position to inject something of yourself and enthusiasm for the niche in your writing.

I am not sure what sort of teaching you are thinking of. Academic or life skills etc.

If it is academic then I guess you could promote supplementary education materials, create you own materials etc. or you could just promote products and services that would interest you target audience age group.

One thing to bear in mind the younger youth get parents to pay. The older college/university crowd are short of cash and debt ridden so are always on the look out for free stuff.

If in doubt, as I mentioned above is there a subject or hobby that you have always wanted to learn. This could be an ideal opportunity to take that up and kill 2 birds with one stone as they say. Learn as you write and earn as you learn.

However their is absolutely no harm in selecting the niche that is the most profitable from one of the passions that you possess

Greetings, rather than looking for a profitable niche to jump into where you will be starting more than likely without much knowledgebase or foundation, it may be more to your benefit to work with what passions you already have within you.

You have a desire to teach and motivate youth, that sounds like something that would benefit others greatly.

You would sure think.
The future should be profitable - youth being the future.
Education is a billion if not trillion dollar industry.
Lots of niches.
