After being (probably suckered) into the program AWOL, I had bought all the tools needed for the business, but still didn't know all the steps.

Thanks to all of you! You all gave me very good information! I shall definitely take all of it into account and react accordingly. Thank you all!

Hey William, yes the main thing you want to do is create content. Something else that's always good to do if you have time, is go over the certification courses a second time. I sometimes watch those videos serveral times to make sure I didn't miss an important piece to the puzzle.
There is also some critical information in the certification courses when doing keyword research before you decide on the content you're going to write.
And then, use Word or Google Docs to write your content so when your blog is ready you'll have articles to publish.
As far as the Lead Pages, Get Response and ClickMagick... If you can, you may want to postpone your subscriptions. Those are all great tools, but until you start developing traffic they will cost more than you will make in return. So you can check with each to see if it's okay to put your subscription on hold.
It all depends on your strategy. If you are thinking of buying ads on FB and YouTube, there is training you can find by typing those questions in the search bar above. Paid traffic can get expensive very quickly, though.
That's why the certification courses focus on building traffic to your niche-blog, primarily through search, by using keyword research, competition analysis and building out content. The blog is the key to true residual income. Articles you write today may take some time to get traction, but they are your foundation and while it's not like turning on a switch, the way paid traffic is... the switch also doesn't get turned off either when you stop paying.
Many people have had articles that brought them traffic and new customers for years passively. So quality content backed by solid keyword research would be the best place to focus your time, and then see if you can postpone your subscriptions to your other tools and save your money until your blog is seeing traffic.
Alternatively, you can dive into the paid traffic training that WA has.
But, I always caution against paid traffic until you build your site and fully understand the basics. The reason is, once you start seeing free traffic you will be able to test landing pages, emails, etc (your funnel) and find out what works the best for your particular niche (without having to buy advertising just to try something out).
You will also develop a much better understanding of your niche as you research and write content, and you will learn who your ideal customer is which will give you better insight into what your audience wants. Training is important, but when you combine that with experience (which your free traffic and blog will give you), you can refine and tweak your funnel which will give you the best chance of profitability if you decide to start buying advertisements.

Hope that helps. These are just suggestions of course. There are some really intelligent and experienced members here that can offer you further insight before you take your next steps. Always good to ask questions... and in the meantime work on your content.

Cheers,
Jay

Hello
You don't have to wait for anything. You can sign-up for an Affiliate Network and start researching which programs relate to your niche. You don't have to wait for anything.

You should be creating content as you learn. You don't publish your page, until your ready. You save your information as a draft. You share on social media. No need in waiting, you are you own boss. So let me know how you do when you start creating content. Check out my site mommymoneyblogger.siterbuix.com to get ideas about content.

I hope this helps. Don't get discouraged and now's the time, spring and summer are coming lots of people looking for work online so you don't want to miss out on an opportunity. Help out in the community and create trainings in the meantime. Make your time count. There's always someone who needs assistance or a nice warming to the community under you activity dashboard.
