So, I changed my page to static and suddenly my page is unsecure. I attempted to reverse the process and its still unsecure. How do I fix this? Would prefer to leave it static

Support suggested I open my site in a private/incognito browser....that fixed it. Easy fix, thank goodness!

Hi I've had this happen to me in the past and I got in contact with site support and the lovely team there fixed the issue for me.

It sounds like your page contains an image that is being referred to as http instead of https, as it only happened when you set the page to static.

You can use the post below to help you identify and change this image(s) It won't be due to links (hyperlinks), only embedded files.

Word of caution, if you contact SiteSupport, they will just install an SSL Plugin to override all http to https links, rather than fixing the actual issue.

Hey I am Lula.
Can I learn from your experience if you do not mind?
Wishing you a terrific day.

Hi, I would submit a ticket to site support

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

You could also check your page if it has http vs https links, and if so you'd need add the (s) to the http link make it secure.

Yeah, no "s" but it won't let me change it. Guess I'll submit a ticket then.
Thanks so much!

Yep, I meant sometimes we add an image or video or a link that is http vs https on our pages and posts that make our site insecure or partially, which you can check in text interface of your editor.

However if not applicable you may reach out to site support.

So, from the time your website is launched, fully running, what is the average timeline for producing any amount of money?

I agree with all the others below.

That is a really loaded question, there really is no direct answer to it. It has a lot to do with your niche, keeping up writing your posts, and in some cases a lot to do with luck. You need a lot of good affiliates for one thing and some good product postings or I should say product evaluations. Keep writing those 500+ word postings and of course have those affiliates lined up and evaluate some of those products and things will fall in line in good time. It is not easy you do have to work at it but then again it is not hard because it is not that labor-intensive. Some of your affiliates may not work out for you very well then just switch and find others, do not sit on your laurels keep at it work on those postings and most of all be careful of your spelling and watch those keywords and please go to the thesaurus it will help you bolster those keywords by using alternate words. Every member in WA will tell you that if you want to earn money you have to work at just having a website is never enough and whatever you do, do not give up the world has enough losers and crybabies, to be successful it takes hard work.

Joe

Thank you for the advise and wise words Joe!

I wouldn't expect anything before 6 months. I'm over that and still waiting!!

There is no exact answer as that depends on several factors such as following the training, writing two 1,000+ words posts weekly (at least), goals, discipline, mindset, etc. Some members make money in six months, others make it in less time or more than a year.

Tom

That makes total sense. Thank you for the reply!

You're welcome, anytime!

Perfect! Great read! Thanks Freebird2112
