TIME or lack of it.so frustrating !

I am always struggling for the stuff. I get up an hour earlier at 6am to get work done on here, then I'm off at 8am to my main source of income until 6pm. I get back cook the dinner (low carb high fat!) see to the kids along with the wife who also works full time, then it's 8pm!

Which leaves me an hour to work on here with everyone buzzing around me before the kids go to bed. So not a lot gets done in that hour....

Which leaves the weekends, but I work every other Saturday and there are things I need to see to at home. I'm not a lazy person and try not to use excuses but I feel there's going to be a lot of $47 going out each month before I make any back!

Still loving it though and learning a lot which makes it all the more frustrating that I cannot spend more time on it.

Any tips welcome!

Yes, if you are running short of time, do what is important to you first.
Think you can set at least 2 hours a day on your training and building your site as the priority here at WA.
Concentrate that 2 hours straightly to the training only and ask questions ask you need to.
Ranking at this stage isn't important to you.
Regards Sadie.

There are many blogs out there about this subject. You can add extra hours to a day but this means putting everything out of synch. One has to create an internal clock by stretching out each hour with small steps to create maximum effect.

Yes, it is frustrating. I can sympathise with you on this. This past week has been like that for me as well and the next week will be the same.

It's tough when you have other responsibilities as well. In the end, when we have times like this, even the small amounts of time we CAN put into this will help. One step and then another and then another will eventually get us to our goal. It's hard but sometimes patients must be the name of the game.

Today and tomorrow I have off so, I will do my best to get in a few bigger steps.

Keep us in the loop and let us know how it's going. All the best.

It sounds like you are managing your time well, but you have a lot of obligations that are important. Not knowing more than what you've said above, I'd guess that you're doing all you can reasonably expect. If you believe that this is a good project to be undertaking right now (and I believe it is for me, certainly, but I cannot speak for you), then venting a bit here is one way we can listen and support you.

Frustration is part of life as we transition a bit out of our comfort zone. That $47 is a waste if you DON'T work on your business as you obviously are, so it's just part of the process. If you are determined to make this work, I suspect you will start recovering your investment...maybe not as quickly as you'd like, but recovering it nevertheless. You are in this for the long haul, since you knew from the beginning that this was not a get-rich-quick scheme. So hang in there. Do enjoy your family, as those kids grow up so fast, but keep working your business and know that we are here for support (including the occasional rant) anytime you need us. All the best to you.

Time management is the key...

it is hard to focus on building your business when your under pressure financial pressure especially when it can take time to earn and additional income wish you every success and hope your see te fruits of your labour soon

It is frustrating, but try and keep focused on why you are doing this. You will have the luxury of more time in the future with the family because you're working hard now. Good luck with everything :)

I don't have any tips but I'm right with you and in the same boat. Only thing is $47 is $67 for me in Australia! and I'm also a member with Jaaxy so it all adds up. I'm not earning anything yet and this all takes time and energy. It's so easy to give up and just stick to the daily grind. Especially for me since I've failed at Internet Marketing since 2010 and spent more money on it than I've ever made. BUT...since recently joining WA I can see where I made all the mistakes in the past.

Unfortunately, those mistakes cost me $$$$$$$$$ and I've run so low I have to go it all alone now and start from scratch. But at least we are following a proven formula. Just keep at it, and within one year you'll be amazed at the progress those two hours in the morning made. Keep it up!! and never give up!!

I have that problem, too, I'm away from home all the time!
97% of everything I do within WA and my sites, I end up doibg on my smartphone...
Works great, only the left side menu appears at the bottom.
Copy and paste and sometimes drag and drop can be somewhat challenging......
But it works just fine, otherwise!!!!

Hello there!

I understand where you are coming from. I guess I am lucky that I am not married and do not have kids. I do however have a mother to take care off, and of course bills to pay and food to put on the table.

I do not know if you can implement this principle, but I have forced myself to live with less. When I live with less - meaning only pay for things that I NEED and not what I WANT - I tend to not need to work so much in order to earn more, which leads to more free time to work on my site.

If you cannot do that, why not try to work on a laptop at work? If you can find some "in-between" time at your workplace, then that would be great. Try to work at short intervals of maybe 15-30 mins at work. Then, when you reach home, you dedicate another hour or so.

Hope that helps, and all the best =)
