Are you a car? what's up with your profile pic?

Hey WA friends! hope everything is going awesome with you guys.

Just a quick reflection that came to my mind... I think all those members here that put up a luxury car, a flashy sports car, a beautiful house, a piece of jewelry, or any prized material possession or desire for that matter, I mean yes, I get it... you read "The Law Of Attraction" or some material that speaks about the power of visualizing, thinking, breathing, any thing related to your desires.

But if you have´t got the true vibe of this WA community and understand what is all about, which it has to do with the human factor, about building trust, and the reaching out each to other, giving a helping hand, promoting honesty, being friendly, paying it forward, etc.
I'm not a psychology nor human relations expert but I can tell you my own perspective on being a client and being a part of this community... I like to listen or read to a face, not a set of wheels.

You think you're not photogenic or cool looking like Kyle and Carson? (lol couldn't help throwing that in there) hey! this is not a beauty pageant, it is a "smile and treat as you want to be treated" journey leading to success.
What are you hiding? So your shy or like to be on the low profile? sure I'm sometimes like that also but not here. In WA I am learning that the more open, friendly and honest you are, the better things you can take advantage of from this community.

Besides, there are a lot of ways to use a picture of yours that don't show exactly your face identity, but at least has your face.

Unless you don't care about how you portray your self to others, I would suggest you use any material possessions and desire pictures for your own vision-board or maybe your wallpaper, as that is for your own visioning not the community's.

And speaking of manifesting what you envision... is really having a luxury car your final goal, or the happiness and satisfaction that it may give you?...think about it :)

I hope my reflection is not too harsh, and if it is I apologize as this is not personal, I'm just trying to share some thoughts on how people including my self like to interact with humans not machines.

Success always and good luck to you all!!

It is a good point but I guess not everyone is comfortable with sharing their photo and if we are focusing on our content our personality will shine through

On an Internet filled with facial recognition software, some people choose to keep their photos private. I chose a stock photo that was as close as I could get to the real me.

While I see your point, I have found that personality tends to come through no matter what image is used. It just takes a little longer to really connect with a car - even if it is BumbleBee. : )

Precisely my point Rainey, but I bet your stock "double" will more likely to land a sale sooner than BumbleBees, or even Optimus Prime's picture :), don't you think? (whiskeyrebel got us going with the transformers huh)
I mean it's like you want to be an actor or a rock star, if you like being a private person then why would you chose that career?

Great post! Thanks for sharing.....Leigh

After all of the scams I've fallen for I never trust any site that has those kinds of pics up anymore! It's funny because I live right near the beach and when we are on the beach we are sitting in front of a huge mansion...all I would need to do is bring my beach chair and laptop and have someone take a pic. But it would be a FAKE, and that to me is just not the right way to gain trust!

Totally agree mars, lets be genuine!

Good point!

Good Stuff!

When I see a picture of a car I just assume that person is a Tranformer.

Hahahaha now that is funny!! good one whiskeyrebel :D

Well if it helps anyone I'm fully aware that they had sold out of handsome faces by the time I got to the shop.

However having a face to go with the name does help a lot with communications I agree.

That's why my ugly dial is on display. I want people to know they are dealing with a real person.

Hahaha funny Steve!! but you totally get it. Cheers!
