error I am getting in wordpress seo
Are you using the Worpress SEO? If so just scroll down to the box that is immediately below your article, click on the "General" tab and you will see a box labeled "Focus Keyword". The "Analysis" tab will give you all the information you need to edit your page to make it more appealing to SEO. Hope this helps - Ginger

Posts that I create from the dashboard
have you installed the seo plug in? You place your keyword in the necessary place and it will tell you where is should be, where it isn't where it needs to be etc etc
it's pretty handy
One thing it will say is:
your keyword doesn't appear to be in the title
your keyword doesn't appear to be in the url
and it lights up green, meaning good seo when you fix the issues they mention, when it's done right
Now that is interesting! I have what is called the All in One SEO plugin, but I've never had it say any of that stuff and the plugin is activated. Don't get me wrong it does give me the option to put in SEO Title, SEO Description, and SEO Keywords and I have put some of those in on my posts, but when I put in SEO Keywords, it just gives me an option to choose a green checkmark or a red - and nothing else.
I've never seen it say your keyword doesn't appear to be in the title or your keyword doesn't appear to be in the url. Maybe I don't have the right SEO plugin I wonder?
@Defiant6, based on hantaah's response, I pooked around the plugin options and found Wordpress SEO. It does tell you what is going on with your page, what's good, what needs to be changed, etc., which I didn't get from the all-in-one SEO.
@Hantaah, is this the one you are using? I noticed that there were a couple of options.

Hi guys.
Yes I use the wordpres seo by yoast however I know Kyle teachers the all in one SEO which is the alternative so I figures as it's the other option that everybody uses it had the same option.
In the one I use it gives you green lights etc then you have to click the tab " advanced " to get more advanced recommendations likr the one I mentioned "
Anyone here use the all in one plugin and know how too access the advanced recommendations if there are any?
Thanks hantaah and GingerRatsep, that is good to know! I might just get that plugin and start using that one!
Dave it's the Worpress SEO by Yoast. Go to Plugins, add new and enter "Wordpress SEO" in the search box. You'll find it there.
@Hantaah, I also have the all-in-one SEO, but I don't see where it gives you the same functions as the Wordpress SEO. I like the later a whole lot better, though I'm just a little confused about some of the directions it gives me. I have tab "Getting Started" that we learn to include during training. If I write an article on that tab with a different title it hurts my SEO. I'm trying to figure out how to leave that tab page blank as the "parent" while having all the related articles I write nesting under it. I have it set up that there is a drop down box that pops up when you scroll over the tab, I guess I could take that page out of the search. I'm just not sure what to put there instead of a blank page. Your thoughts?
@Timshazz .. Great point. I found it doesn't take a lot of keyword placement to get the green button. I definitely don't put the keyword in every subheading as I think that wouldn't look very good and would mess with the flow of my articles. I keep it to a minimum while trying to address all the other suggestions.

Disclosure statement
I posted a affiliate disclaimer and earning statement that you can copy.
Simply create a page and have that in your menu or in your side bar - if you look at my site scroll down and you will see in my sidebar how I have it presented with all my polices in one palce.

ok i see it but I had to scroll down to see it. i did a little research before asking my question and found this:
http://www.ipage.com/affiliate/ftc-disclosure.bml
Under point #4 it reads:

Example of a link that requires no action:

Ok so now that I have the disclosure info and activated the plugin. How do you get it to show up on your page?
