Yesterday I commented on a question about lack of conversions. When I visited the WA member's website, it was beautiful but did not appear to be very active. We have a simple qualitative measuring tool in our Rubix tools that tells us the overall health of our websites. My day job requires that I not ask people's stories. I am required to be very analytical and to play by the numbers.
