Hi - I took a look at your website. You only have 6 posts, and some of them are quite short. You need to add more content, preferably aiming for 1000 words for each post. Wait until you have at least another 6 posts before applying to affiliate program for more chance of being approved.

Ok great! I have been writing but I haven’t posted so I guess it’s time to post! Thanks so much!

👋 everyone, goodnight!! Can anyone tell me How do I edit my profile?

👋 Hi evening, I had a quick question. I’m feeling like I’m getting ahead of myself and it’s keeping me back. I started with one website and switched to another because I believe I have some authority to speak on that topic, more than the other.
Now I have another “brilliant” idea and want to start working on it right away.

Is this normal, to work on multiple sites at a time, or should I just choose one while I’m going through the learning process and work that till I see benefits before I start diversification or expanding my niche.

Hi Wahstartup
Its entirely up to you how you do it. What I am doing is working carefully through the training and getting all the foundations in place to build a strong website. I would try to concentrate on one thing at a time and do it right.
Still keep the other ideas in a notepad and if you get stuck you always have a plan B in place.

Thanks Mick, your approach makes sense. I’ll try to get the foundation under my belt using one site.

Many people start multiple websites, because they get all excited and have so many ideas. It's a common response to starting something new. And it scatters your time, attention and energy all over the place. Or all over different websites, in this case.

You already know it's not working very well for you since you wrote "and it's keeping me back". Right? ;-)

You'll see that it takes a lot of time and energy to get even one website to make money. Because it's not 'just' setting up the website and 'just' writing blog posts as often as you can.

It's also building an audience on your social media accounts, posting regularly on your social media accounts, interacting with people and brands, promoting your website and your offers, writing emails for your list, making your freebies and lead magnets to build your list, update and manage your plugins and WP back office, taking courses and watching Jay's webinars to deepen your expertise, research your niche for future blog posts etc.

Some people have the time and energy to do that. I know I don't, so I need to focus on one website. Once I know that my first website's on a roll, bringing in money, 'only' needs weekly maintenance and has a lot of tasks outsourced, maybe then I'll start another website. But I'm nowhere near that yet.

So yes, you can start as many websites as you want. Some people do. I'd advice against it. But that's just my two cents :-)

Thanks so much Bianca, I agree, I’ve decided to take that approach too.

Great choice, Roxanne. It sounded like one site at a time suits you best, like me. You can always branch out later. And somehow I've got a feeling that you will.

Good luck! And have fun!
