Hello everyone. I am having a bit of a time with editing the layout of my WP site. I need some fine tuning on how the blog page selection is presenting.
OMG it is just ridi
It looks good except for the large image on your blog (posts page). It is huge, and it may affect your site speed.
You still need to do your privacy page and disclosure, wherever that is.

You can also add categories to your posts tab.
You can hover over posts and click categories.
Create as many categories as you like; don't forget to add the slug.
Then, you can head to Appearance > Menus, and provided you create a menu first, you can start adding those categories.
Then, you can head to your posts and assign them to their respective categories. You can assign a post to more than one category.
So, when folks click on a specific category, they can see all related posts.
Hi Abie, thanks for your response.
My blog is not an inviting look that is easy to navigate.
I have set my blogs into categories. I just don't know how to display a list of categories.
I don't know how to make individual image and description selections. Please look at the attached image that I would like to aim for.
Do I need a plugin, and if you know of one, is it easy to use?

Hi Vivien,
A suggestion is on the navigation bar, create a categories tab. This way someone can click on the tab and select the category they most want.
Abbie supplied a training video link below for creating the navigation bar. There are lots of variations you can create.
You can check my website to see how this looks - https://theonlineentrepreneur.co.uk
I use the Kadence theme for this website. I create a featured image for each post. (inserted in the editing section on the right-hand side of the Wordpress back office post editor). I get ChatGPT to create an excerpt of 55 words (WordPress standard). This helps with uniformity on the page.
Mainly it's about playing around until you find what works best for you.
Hope that helps.

Can you help me please? what am I doing wrong?
Hi - have you added your Gravatar email address to your Site Comment settings?
It should pre-populate if you have done it correctly, you shouldn't need to type it in.
When you are in Site Comments, click the tab at the top of the page called My Settings and enter your Gravatar email address.
And it pre-populates above the box where you leave your comment?
You are not having to type it in?
Oh. You mean right at the begining of the platform. I see the field you are talking about. I thought it was the field above the comment.
Thank you
I thought so too TheAbiePPlus. I thought it was going through but it didn't. Sorry about that.

In the search analysis - when a result in the 'Meta Keywords' shows 0.0% - does that mean that the keywords you entered do not display word for word on the page you are analyzi
Howdy! They are not in the meta keywords tag of the page you are analyzing. This indicates that the page is not using those particular words or phrases in its meta keywords for SEO purposes.

Thank you Karen. Looks good. Categories is a better menu selection than Post.
