My account says I am still premium however, I don't have access to my websites. Can you please let me know the actual standing of my account?

Websites tab top menu > Site Manager.

There was a system update, the left sidebar menu has now moved to top.

Click on the help button at the top and select either Kyle or Carson to check your account

Once you are signed into your gmail account that is associated with your Google console, you may find Google's guide to be very helpful: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9008080?hl=en

After click the login button this is what I get

Support told me they installed the theme. The one I tried to intall was the problem.

But it wasn't. I now have a new error message and mt site is still not accessible.

Support suggested to contact the theme developer site, but if i can't access my dashboard, how can anyone on the outside help?

Is this one of those disaster stories where the site is not retrievable?

Any insights would be appreciated.

Contact Support @ WA. Click Siterubix,then down you will find Support

You can shut down your PC and restart it. If still same problem then you can check with the site support! Hope it help! Thank you for sharing! Hope your site goes well!

After click the login button this is what I get
