Yes, like many other Wealthy Affiliate-ers keyword research and deciding on a niche has me struggling. I found the more I researched the more uncertain I became. Oh, the possibilities! It should be a gift to have so many options, but I managed to turn it into a curse. If you're relatively new here you may be able to identify with this challenge.
Amazing Resources Aren't the Problem
My difficulty is not because of the tools we have access to. The WA keyword and Jaxxy are both awesome. They save a boat-load of time and really help you dig if you need to. The problem isn't with the tools.
What I Learned
The problem is me!!! The accountability seems daunting when you get to that place where you have to make a decision on your own, for yourself.
What-if's start swirling around and create distraction. They draw you away from meaningful action and slow you down or heaven forbid, stop you in your tracks.

1. Stay Focused
The keyword tools have made me realize there are so many opportunities. Selecting a specific niche has been daunting. I've been torn between three possible niches.
If you're lacking confidence in yourself, borrow it from others in the community. They've been able to create momentum that has shifted the trajectory of their potential.

2. Reach Out
Communicate in this space and ask for help when you need it. Need so confidence? Ask for the sage advice of our leaders and members. They serve with integrity. This alone has the power to boost your confidence ten fold.
... Ah-ha Moment
I'm happy to say I've worked through the challenge while I continue moving forward. After deliberating over several possibilities, I finally have clarity.
The fog is now lifted. I feel like I have sun shining down on me.
The training has been highly effective. The actionable steps, priceless. The curriculum is second to none! Here's what changed...

3. Just Keep Going
Go through the trainings. Take action, and don't let uncertainty rob you of progress. Respect your professed goals - the ones you posted when you first started - seriously enough to keep moving forward.
You owe it to yourself!
The greatest clarity in your vision usually follows the haziness of uncertainty. Just trust the process because the training and guidance offered is the best there is.
