In this case study I want to show you 1 video I made over 2 years ago that's still getting me traffic and some sales to this day. It's a video on digital real estate I invested about 30 minutes into when I first made it.

I didn't think much of it at the time and just wanted to produce some content on my channel. The production quality of it is well, crappy. But the content and delivery of the topic is great (as the comments in the video indicate and it's why it has stood so high over the years.

That video has gotten me quite a few referrals and numerous WA sales, some of which are still coming in to this day and all it took was 30 minutes (or less) of work to get.
