That will be in your Word Press Back office, Login under site manager- under widget areas and you choose, which ones, either top, bottom, sides and customize what you wish to add. You can import graphics, embeds, videos, and basically WA banners as you get used to it. Just explore and you can make mistakes as they are reversible.

Depends of your theme . If it can not be set, better change theme like easy theme tWenty senventeen by wordpress
