Having dreams and setting goals to get to those dreams are very important!

But first you need to see the vision of what those dreams and desires look like.

It is important to get a vivid image in your head of what your desired life looks like. Envision it in your mind. Create an end result for yourself and construct it like a movie scene in first person in your mind.

The end scene should just be past what you are desiring. If you want to have a million dollars, see yourself living as a millionaire, driving your dream car, living in your dream house, etc.

See yourself in first person point of view driving your dream car down a road that you want to be on.

Feel the feelings within yourself. Smell the smells that surround you as you are driving.

The smell of the car, the wind, the trees. Feel the steering wheel vibrate as your foot pushes the pedal to accelerate. Hear the sound of the engine revving as you push the gas pedal more, hear the sound of the road under the tires.

This scene can be anything you can imagine, so go BIG!

Sit back for a moment close your eyes and deeply imagine this special place that you want to be. Take some deep breaths, and sit with this scene for a moment or two, enjoying it, feeling it, smelling it, hearing it.

THEN....

Let it go, don't think about it again and let the chain of events that need to take place unfold to get you to that future self you desire.

Don't think that the bumps in the road or the trials and tribulation are a sign that you are not going to get there, on the contrary.

This is the process, every step is needed, good and bad, happy and sad to get to the end result.

YOU JUST NEED TO KEEP THE FAITH! STAY STRONG AND CARRY ON!
