Most likely causes:
- The website is under maintenance.
- The website has a programming error.
Sometimes maintenance happens. Wait 30 min to see if it's working, if not and your site is hosted with WA< contact WA support:

In that case, as VitaiyG says, give it a bit of time and try again. If that fails, a support ticket would be your next course of action.
