I have purchased 2 sites so far and have one of them up on the site rubix. Do I transfer the new site to WA or to Namecheap, where I bought the site? I thought that our sites were

As a premium member, you can host up to 25 personally-owned domains and 25 siterubix sites here at no cost beyond your premium membership. There's no need to pay for hosting at namecheap. You'll need to set your DNS pointers (at Namecheap) to point to WA's server addresses:

ns1.mywahosting.com and ns2.mywahosting.com

Since WA is not a domain registrar, you can't transfer the domain registration to WA. (You can transfer it to another registrar if you'd like, just not to WA.)

Thanks! I changed those pointers on my 1st website but couldn't find it again. Then, I realized that I don't understand what all this means so decided to figure that out as well! Than.ks for the fast response
