Site Health Status
My site health is saying the following :
PHP is the programming language used to build and maintain WordPress. Newer versions of PHP are faster and more secure, so staying up to date will help your site’s overall performance and security. The minimum recommended a version of PHP 7.4
What is the best course of action to go about this, without losing any of my articles posted?
Would someone be so kind as to provide me with step by step instructions on what to do?
Thank you really appreciate it.
Tracey.

Hi - this is not something you can do yourself, only Site Support can do this. However, it's not actually necessary at the moment. The current PHP is perfectly acceptable, and when the time is right, Site Support will upgrade everybody.

I asked the same question some weeks ago TWaugh and was told not to worry about it. It will be upgraded when the time is right.
