Anyone Celebrating 100 Days ?

Originally I was going to be all clever and make some historical reference, then realised I had it all 'skew-whiff' so had to abandon those plans. Sad but true.

All we have now is the possibility of yet another party and there's never a good enough reason not to party.

It is one hundred days since the start of the year, including today and I make that point as some would maybe cause dissent in the ranks, due to the method of calculation. Well, whether it is or not, depending on your start and finish point, I am celebrating it today.

Who would have thought, when we embarked into 2020, that the year would take such a turn. Not me, that's for sure. That said, present situation aside, it continues to be a year apart from all others, in recent memory.

In fact, this is further borne out when we look at some of the numerological write-ups. Forgive me, but in the best journalistic (tongue-in-cheek, no offence to all hard-working journalists with integrity) fashion, I am going to 'cherry pick' my findings and may even take them out of context for my own literary gain.

Both of the above are taken from an article on 'Numerology' dot com. I will take both of those with open arms, especially the second one.

Now, dare I ask how many have managed to stay true to their 'resolutions' ?

I would say that, for the most part, I have. Although, maybe I haven't achieved the levels I was hoping for, after just over three months. That's alright though, there's still time.

I have continued with my exercise regime and as yesterday's post will attest to, I have kept on pushing forward with EBay.

More recently, I have started to do more with social media, though I do think I have barely scratched the surface with that one. Still, anything is better than nothing and we're only a quarter of the way through the year.

So, if you are steadfastly still hitting those targets and goals, I salute you, you have reached one hundred days, outstanding.

If not, then there is nothing to stop you picking up that baton today, and starting to run with it. We can all decide to begin on any day we like. There is no need to stick rigidly to the arbitrary dates that are more of a tradition. Let's be honest, for many, January the first, really isn't the best day to start very much at all.

Enough for today, I have a car to service or my desktop to upgrade, or maybe even both. If I disappear for the rest of the day, it may well be that the computer job didn't turn out as planned. We'll see.
